Redcar Tower Taking Shape

The Tower at Redcar By The Sea coming along still not a big fan looks like one of those carpet rides you get at fares. Shame MP's had not listened to people who live in the area who wanted a pier like the one at Saltburn By The Sea. But when do MP's listen to the general public?
